Antique Fans

  My latest hobby, collecting antique fans...

  Even though they were mass produced their quality was exceptional. At about 100 years old, they still operate far better and with considerably more power than anything available today. The beauty of their design, the brass and the shine of black lacquer make for what I would call true functional art.

 Though my collection is small, my appreciation and enthusiasm are not. Check back as I will surely be adding  more fans soon.
